I really had a lot of fun preparing this article! I love eating healthy colorful breakfasts and dressing my plates! So here are three ideas for breakfasts prepared in a fruit. I was inspired by pictures I found on Instagram but I adapted everything depending on what I really eat in the morning. I hope this will be inspiring!
Tu es bella comme la papaya
I am actually not a big fan of papayas but when mixed with chia pudding and fresh fruits it is delicious!
For this breakfast, you’ll need chia seeds, almond milk (or any other), one papaya and all the fruits you want! Don’t forget to mix the chia seeds with the milk the day before so you get a nice pudding. Then, dress your papaya with the fruits you have in your kitchen. I recommend choosing fresh fruits for a better taste.
My obsession with pineapples started with an Instagram picture that my friend Tess sent me. I’ve never thought of using a pineapple as a plate so I wanted to try it. Here is a look at the meal we prepared.
This time, I wanted to try a sweet version so I opted for a smoothie bowl in a pineapple. For this breakfast, you’ll need one banana, fruits (fresh and frozen) and a cup of almond milk (or any other). Just mix half of a banana with the frozen fruits, the pineapple pieces, and the milk and then dress with fresh fruits! Easy isn’t it? And soooo delicious.
I’m in love with the coco
This one is a light breakfast idea but the hardest one to make! I had a lot of trouble opening this damn coconut. I even broke one of my knives… but the result was so tasty! My boyfriend bought me this coconut and I have to admit that I was skeptical. After tasting the best coconuts in Asia I wasn’t sure this one would be good enough. But it was actually amazing! The coconut water inside tasted like the ones in Thailand so I was actually really happy about it.
For this very easy breakfast, you’ll just need some yogurt, fresh fruits and.. a lot of strength (lol).
